Tuition & Fees

School Age Students

Each student pays tuition rates set by the needs of the budget. Tuition rates are set for Catholic and Non-Catholic students. For the 2013-2013 school year, Catholic tuition is $2,950 and Non-Catholic tuition is $4,000. Discounted rates for subsequent siblings are available. There is also a $100 registration fee covering our registration fee of $75 and the Parent Alliance dues of $25.

Limited scholarships are available for students completing the application process and are based on availability of funds.

There is an additional Fundraising Fee which is set yearly by the Parent Alliance Board. This fee is currently under review for voting at the May meeting of the Parent Alliance Group. For more information, refer to the School Handbook.

Mini Mustangs- (Primary Transition)

Mercy is dedicated to teaching students with special needs, however we recognize those students in this age range (3-5) learn through social interaction. While Mercy advocates the inclusion of our students in the community, an integrated social opportunity at this age would be of benefit to our students. This program will operate Monday thru Friday, including students that do not have special needs during the hours of 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.. There is a minimum of 2 days attendance per week to be enrolled in this program and rates are based on the number of days that your child attends the program. Our half day program operates from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. To enroll in our have day program part time is 3 half days and full time is 5 half days. Please contact the principal should you have any questions regarding this integrated program.

CREDIT DAYS – you will be issued credit days for the year based on how many days your child comes in a week. Example: If your child attends 5 days per week he/she will receive 5 credit days for the year.

TLC Program

The county rate is set by the county based on the individual client.

Each member of the community is asked to participate in the Parent Alliance fundraising events to off-set costs.
