Moving past graduation, Mercy also hosts a state-licensed day program, TLC for clients over the age of 21 that because of the nature of their disability are not able to obtain employment, either in a competitive or sheltered work environment. All participants benefit from a daily schedule keeping them active and engaged with each other and the community through planned activities.

The rate of payment is set by the county based on the individual client.  This program currently has a waiting list for client entrance.
